Overview
The purpose of the
conference is to promote discussion and interaction between researchers
and practitioners focused on disciplines as well as different areas. We
are particularly interested in fostering the exchange of concepts,
prototypes, research ideas and other results, which could contribute to
the academic arena and also benefit business and the industrial
community.
CRAPcon 2007 is an international forum
for scientists and engineers, researchers and consultants,
theoreticians and practitioners in a multitude of CRAP-related fields.
It is a forum for focusing into specific disciplinary research, as well
as for multi, inter and transdisciplinary studies and projects. One of
its aims is to relate disciplines fostering analogical thinking and,
hence, producing input to the logical thinking.
The
conference intends to conver all aspects of contemporary CRAP,
including, but not restricted to:
- current
trends in
generic CRAP
- syntax and semantics of CRAP
- on-the-fly
CRAP generation
- ubiquitous,
distributed and parallel CRAP
- solutions to
CRAP-complete
problems
- craptology
and craptanalysis
- zero-CRAP proofs
- CRAP-mining
and OLAP
- non-uniform
random CRAP synthesis
- categorical models for CRAP
and co-CRAP
- rule-based and
statistical CRAP
- formal models for
strictly-typed polymorphic CRAP
- CRAP-ML and
hierarchical ontologies
- non-deterministic
behaviours of
autonomous eCRAP agents
It should be
noted that the organizers have all made significant contributions to
all of these areas.
